Your trip to Alcudia

The municipality of Alcudia is located in the northeast of Mallorca and is listed as one of the most beautiful villages in Spain. You can visit this beautiful old town full of history where as soon as you arrive you will see the impressive walls: one of them medieval; the other Romanesque. Between the walls stands the Church of San Jaime and going down the streets that surround it, you will reach the boulevard Mare de Déu de la Victoria where every Tuesday and Sunday from 8:00h to 13:30h is the market, it has everything from fruits, vegetables, flowers, clothes, shoes to toys. Along the boulevard, you will also find bars, cafes, stores and restaurants. At the end is the Porta del Moll, if you pass through it you will discover an endless number of traditional shops and charming little houses until you reach the Town Hall Square, a place of lively encounters. Furthermore, Alcudia has a large expanse of white sandy beaches and coves with crystal clear water, mountains, lakes and the Albufera Natural Park. Near Puerto de Alcudia, a lively area full of stores, bars and nightlife, you will find the Michelin-starred restaurant of the Mallorcan chef, Maca de Castro. Among its leisure activities, you will find sports activities where cycling and water sports have a major role, the Museum of Sa Bassa Blanca, the Auditorium and the Library of Ca'n Torró where classical music concerts and other cultural events are organized. Alcudia is also a venue for international sporting events such as the Ironman (triathlon) and the Mallorca 312 (cycling tour) and has a wide range of cycling tourism and family tourism. During the summer nights, you can enjoy lively nightlife in the Magic area, where the Bananas discotheque along with several pubs and restaurants are located.
